just not yet 220

I’ve been a vegetarian for nearly two years, while yesterday i finally ate a whole big plate of chicken meat. i mentioned the word meat because they’re really a whole plate of full meat, no bone actually.

Then this morning when i woke up, i found myself strangely filled with energy and so i went to the gym which i’ve missed over ten days i didn’t go.

i walked 3.1miles for 219kcals, and returned home for a chia oat bran with banana mash bowl. And i decided to broke my vegetarian rules from now on to see if it can help my binge eating or not…add oil everybody~!:)

    And if being veggie was exacerbating your bingeing, then you should stick with whatever food philosophy brings you peace.

    I’m glad the gym lifted your spirits a bit!
