this days, i tried to binge in a smaller amount for my first baby step, instead of still binge very much every day. and seems this works for me, which i can’t stop it immediately, but i can make the amount less and less!!!

i bought hot instant oats fro my snacks cuz it still contains fake food: natural flavorings, sugar, evaporated cane juice…etc, which i love to binge on. but DRIED, FAKE, foods will really make me mad and eat non-stop.

so is this short report counted as a success?:)
