protein breakfast

guess what i’ll do with vanilla sun warrior and wheat grass when i’m not the feeling of smoothies for a week?:P


plum one, cut

banana one, mashed

egg white one, beated

greek yogurt one tub of fage 0%fat

extra thick rolled oats 1/4cup

oat bran 1/4cup

soymilk, cinnamon, wheat grass, brown rice protein powder:)

very yummy!!!!!<3

      the main point surprising me is that it really taste very good when it cooled down!!!!like kind if fruity stevia-sweetened pudding!!!

      wheatgrass is much more easier than baby spinach which must be fresh, and on sale…wheatgrass can put dry like a year?
