late easter cake

today i made a new cake wthout any recipe.

i used bob red mill all purpose gluten free flour,

mashed banana,

3/4cubed apples and 1/4 sliced apples,

baking powder and salt with cinnamon,

whole box tofu blended with ginger and cocoa.

the whole cake was baked 200oC for like 30mins and it looks so good with extremely good smell!!!:)

so i tried a piece immdiately,

and it was amazingly success~:P

ask for accurate amount of ingredients if u really want to make one yrself!!!:)
