i woke up with a stomach ache so i cancelled the original plan of having hot coconut pie with cold fromage frais for breakfast; and i switch to this—>

don’t judge. this is actually only one hundred calories and so i grew hungry again soon and went into the kitchen for this—>

fruits are always good carbs while my only cold protein(normal i turned to turkey but i recently ran out of them) was fromage frais and i sprinkled lots of cinnamon:)

i got one more bowl of reheated fromage frais and followed by one more piece of coconut pie, now i felt really stuffed and was ready to visit my chinese doctor which was booked last last week:P i mean two weeks before<3

ah i must confess for the about 200g of choc chips i snack on with tv program…did i mention that already?:(
