tiramisu history(still part of game)

ok. after the not-so-funny “i love blogger”whole food, we should continue with J right?:P

J is for japanese apple. oh gosh my fav fruit is berries but apples from japan are the most delicious; juicy; flavorful; filling food in the world. i love them, I LOVE THEM, definitely apples again:)

K is for kabocha, i know many of you know this is a kind of squash, i actually like kashi instant creamy vanilla oatmeal/golean crunch original more, but did i say these mentioned food had to be real and whole?!:)

L is for lemon, for hummus, for raw cheesecake made with cashew, drop into grill fish or cooked oats. just another not easily allergic citrus i love.


maple syrup. uhh, i forgot to say,”M is for”, yeah, i should say mushroom if i’m a good girl but i really love sweet pancakes and sweet hummus and sweet muffins and sweet gluten free toast and…uhh…sometimes i even dip sausage with syrup=v=…don’t judge.

N is for nakd bars, yes i like enjoy life chewy bar more but theses are much more natural than enjoy life bars which contains brown rice syrup and gum arabic, even rice starch and evaporated cane juice. just another “vitamin-added-organic-cheating-healthy-food”:( umm…bad guy.

O is for oh~! bob red mills’ oat bran!!!favourite thing to add into rolled oats pie/muffin/cake/yogurt mess…or my fav breakfast stable—>3.2%fromage frais cooked with three egg whites and oat bran~!<3 so freaking delicious and healthy, you just can’t believe you’re not enjoying a piece of nice and warm cheesecake!!!!(uhh, u must add like over-load of cinnamon too)

so many for P, i can say PUFFIN, PEANUT BUTTER, PUMPKIN, PISTACHIO(not another great blogger, the real nut name), or…but i have to say the winner is PAMELA!!!!!!!!!!!no i have to really confess about breaking my own-set-rules but pancake mix(again letter P)produced by this brand is really too good not to join this game. i bought $199(like US DOLLAR$26)pack of this mix this time in my order!!!umm…i just can’t wait<3

Q is form quinoa, not so addicted, but just love its nutrients. when i was a veggie, i intake-d protein only from chickpeas and quinoa. not even touching tofu/dairy. but now as i eat so much meat everyday, i nearly lost my pack of quinoa, yes i didn’t touch that pack of quinoa for months cuz i just found my body needs real meat.

again R comes to a difficult question about being a good child or listen to myself.

i bought forty pieces of fresh rice cakes and ate three and the whole pack was dumped to the bottom of my pantry. on the other side, ricotta cheese is having like over three hundred calories in a tub but i’ll finish the whole thing once i buy it, just can’t resist eating it plain!!!!!!

i should put ricotta cheese. i’m just the one lacking will power/allergic to dairy, but this game is to share food-happiness so i should introduce this good food to you guys<3:)

oh my, S is more diffcult with chinese type spinach, smoothie type baby spinach, salsa(my new addict), sweet potato(no matter orange/yellow/purple/white), silken tofu…ah and maybe for jessica it’s skippy nut butter, but for me…umm….i think i should say sift salty cupcake.

yes, i actually don’t know what’s inside, maybe some ” bad” butter, “bad” eggs, “bad” flour, and of course, as a normal bakery there should be “bad” white sugar…but that was just my everyday food before i go gluten free.

will you say tomato or turkey for letter T?nope, as i’ve gone mad for this game already, i should continue my madness and say TIRAMISU, oh my. i’ve REALLY TRUELY CLEARLY OBVIOUSLY REALLY(really twice already huh?!)done a research, or actually we should call it a project becuz i didn’t only search on web for some alphabetical information, but really visiting over eleven restaurants in hong kong to try out which made best tiramisu…crazy?yes, i’m kinda crazy when i was super sick of ED that time, that 60lbs time.

fruitful day with mom

i nearly bought a $50 half priced gluten free snacks from kaia raw!!! and that shop also had lots of trader joe’s things!!!but no, i’ve got ZERO dollars in my bag:(

after sharing my home made four-fruits-salad with mom, we suddenly grew hungry at the same time, so we went find a restaurant to have a early bird dinner:)

i really can’t explain how excited i was when i saw cheese baked brussels sprout on the menu of OKAPI in sai kung!!! my fav veggie in such a strange SEAFOOD place~:) of course i MUST order this WITH my set dinner:P!!!~~:P

binge and family dinner

after a week without real packet granolaI was actually setting some kind of no processed foods goals for the past week, and i even baked many batches of home made muffins, home made granola, home made nutrition bars, home made whatever.

but i finally can’t use that anymore and stock up more packet things than usual!!!

bear nakd high protein was of course my stable again and i finished this pack in a loner time this pack—>um—>one and a half days:P

of course there were fresh fruits and egg tart:)

father cooked much stuffs for us this sunday, and we used twenty tomatoes and six onions in this ox tail bowl.

father knew that i love lamb that like if it’s not lamb but other meats i’ll actually never even sit near them<3 i love veggies ah ma!!!

and yes i ate this whole plate because they still have one more plate for them—>like eight people eating same amount as me:P

i just want to show you guys a larger close up, there’re really so many tomatoes and father’ll add celery next time:)

after dinner, it was the last episode of my favorite program but watching two hours tv will make me mad—> i know myself well here:)

so i returned room and eat my granola<3

i think i’ve already eaten like thirteen packs of these 12oz high protein granola, i still had tried their banana, fit vanilla, fit berries, fruit&nuts, but i love this best and eat them within one single day:(

mom saw me binge eating again so she gave me three small plums to stop my crazy granola binge, these little stuffs were rubbish, not at all helping nor they’re good at all:(

it was beautiful though, but not sweet at all, not even sour nor bitter, or anything.

i even need an apple to wash my mouth, but then the disaster continues…

i finished the plums and walked out the room again.

i decided to watch some movies from nick cheung with an extra apple, uhh, this week was actually really bad and i’m like 54kg now…so sad:(

hate binge after birthday

yesterday was my birthday and so my daddy and mommy brought me to the ocean park for celebration.

i ordered a sweet pepper with chicken pizza$32, eaten without the pizza base, but with my home cooked avocado chia egg salad.

we also bought a very delicious turkey leg after i alone got onto that crazy roller coster. i felt pain of every part of my body.

this morning when i woke up, i ate an orange and then sadly binged on around a kg of dried fruits. then i felt even more depressed and then i binged 6 servings of pumpkin flax granola. followed by that, i immediately went to the kitchen and cooked two big pots of beautiful chicken sausage with broccoli garlic mushroom salsa and onion brussels sprout. quite long the name huh?! but my grandma immediately took a piece of cut sausage which i just put one 130kcal serving into my two pots of veggies, that means now per pot is just having less than half a serving. I KNOW YOU ALL UNDERSTAND, anorexia girls don’t like others tasting their food, because we all cook without oil, lots of veggie, and just right amount of protein, so ppl stealing our planned food will mentally make us hungry faster than planned. SO, i hate my grandma’s act, true.

I made this soup for my morning snack…seems crazy to have this instead of fruits or other simple things but i thought that this can prevent my binge eating…though lastly i still binge.

This too, I wanted this big bowl of brown sugar congee to prevent my binge, but I still ate two 400g cans of dried fruits.

meat or veggie?

I brought this packed lunch to my new year red pockets collecting challenge. Tofu cubes are my favorite protein source!

My dad is the best chef in the world! Only meat cooked by him and me I’ll eat! Of course except raw meat like sushi!

Gluten free brown rice tortilla with spinach filled, served with raw veggie sticks dipping hummus. Lunch microwaved eaten with Japanese TV programme!

Dinner with mom, ordering red wine beef with fried rice, pork chop and this—brussel sprout. Before trying this, my favorite vegetable is broccoli, but now? What do you think I love best?!
